How many sessions does it take to notice pain relief and healing?

My goal is for you to find relief with the very first session. That said, everybody and every "body" are different and therefore the amount of sessions may vary. Depending on you, the source of pain, your level of discomfort and your body, are all factors to how quickly you heal.

Starting with the 4 SESSION NEW CLIENT PACKAGE will give us a baseline to work from. You may only need 4 sessions to get the relief you want and need or you may need more to achieve your goal. Based on your recovery and pain relief after the 4th session we can determine a custom plan for your specific needs. You may just need to call me for a "tune-up" every now and then. (For example- after a long hard day on the golf course you may think to call me Monday morning!)
